Very accommodating! Service is 10. Always satisfying. My right rear passenger side tire was leaking air. Brought car in for broken door lock. We’re told by dealership that parts surrounding lock would Most likely break during repair. Those parts are not covered by extended warranty. Dealership has no co dealership that parts surrounding lock would Most likely break during repair. Those parts are not covered by extended warranty. Dealership has no communication with Extended warranty dept. We were stuck in the middle. Extended warranty did not respond to my phone calls. Lock could have been dealt with in this visit but because of lack of communication we need to take the van back in for service. And pay an additional deductible. Poor customer service. More
