My experience with Patty was exceptional. She was very helpful and also professional and personable. It took a full week to get the part in that was needed. I’m not sure if that could have been obtained s helpful and also professional and personable. It took a full week to get the part in that was needed. I’m not sure if that could have been obtained sooner or not. I also had to have my tires balanced. The receipt show that they adjusted the air in the tires but all 4 are very under inflated so I don’t think that was addressed. Also, other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past always did a courtesy check of all fluids and would top them off but apparently this dealership does not do that as my washer fluid light came on as I was leaving the lot. They did wash my Jeep which I do appreciate! More

Worst place to go to get anything done! For starters, the attitude of the establishment as a whole. Also they are so unprofessional. I took my jeep to get work done and it was a nightmare. First I figured I attitude of the establishment as a whole. Also they are so unprofessional. I took my jeep to get work done and it was a nightmare. First I figured I was gonna wait, as I should have, they lost my keys. I ended up taking a shuttle because Wally said it would bee longer than the stated time on my appt schedule. So, naturally, I took a shuttle instead of waiting and wally said he would call at end of day. No call. I called and called and the receptionist just spun me around. So I went there and long behold wally is there and is rude because he never called me or updated me about my vehicle. I find that very unprofessional. He proceeded to just walk around frantically not letting me know that he was looking for my CAR KEY!!! OMG How does that even happen. They lost my car key!! He made the problem seem like I made it happen. They definitely make you feel unwelcome at this establishment. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. More
