Always great to work with Roberto I do have 2 issues: 1- For the second or third time there was a problem with my lifetime warranty. This needs to be straightened out. It creates undue stress on me and Roberto. 2- Do to the stress involved, I mistakenly left my GPS in the rental vehicle on Saturday. My mind was on the potential of a confrontation with Roberto (he is pro - so he handled it as such) and when I left the vehicle I grabbed only a bag that had my garage door opener and other small items. Although not accusing anyone, someone had to drive that car back to where it belonged and drive it out if it was rented to another person....The GPS was on the dash. I called Tuesday or Wednesday and they checked the Service area and the Rental area but found nothing. I had the office check the lost and found. If found, please call me. It is a Garman 5" GPS.
