The customer service was great however my car has a smell to it after getting the oil changed. More than likely I will not be back, not only did they show me issues that I could have long fixed like the filt to it after getting the oil changed. They did everything they could to sell me a truck, but unfortunately, things were out of their control. I wanted a Ram 1500 Limited, and they have one in stock. However, it is under a recall notice, so th unfortunately, things were out of their control. I wanted a Ram 1500 Limited, and they have one in stock. However, it is under a recall notice, so they can’t actually sell it until that is resolved. Unfortunately, it appears that is going to take a few months. However, they tried all sorts of options to figure out a way to make it work, including looking at a dealer trade, swapping out the recalled part with one that worked from another vehicle, etc. Ultimately, they weren’t able to find a workable solution, but they did everything they could think of, so kudos to them! More

Salesman Kurt was good , I bought the car and 3 days later finance manager Casey tells me the loan was rejected . I wasn’t happy with that because I was already prequalified with my bank and gave him an later finance manager Casey tells me the loan was rejected .
