Requested key fob check,signed me up for diagnostic electrical, for 200.00 dollars. They called to say it is the key fob. I was then charged 20.00 for epa compliance. Why? I recently had to have both of my exhaust manifolds replaced on my 2021 Ram Limited 1500. I have less than 70k miles on my truck and it's been immaculantly taken care of. Though I'm not impressed that I had to have the repairs done, that's not Palmer Dodge's fault. Kim in Palmer Dodge's service department took great care of me. Not only did she take good care of me and my truck, but she was also able to get me a considerable discount as a courtesy on the services rendered. I really appreciated Kim. The dealer has started charging a fee for credit cards. Additionally, they forgot to torque my lug nuts. I only found out because I stopped at the parts department on my way out from picking up my Jeep, an Additionally, they forgot to torque my lug nuts.
