Perfect Customer Service Two days prior to going to Palmer’s dealership, I had my first 10,000 mile check up for a routine oil change ,at another dealership in Marietta. They Two days prior to going to Palmer’s dealership, I had my first 10,000 mile check up for a routine oil change ,at another dealership in Marietta. They changed my oil and rotated my tires, never mentioning any issue. As I was leaving their facility, I noticed a comment about my front time having a nail in it on the last page of the paperwork. Their check out guy had already collected my fee for the tire rotation and went to get the car for me. When I mentioned it, he read the paperwork and said I needed to get it checked.. The following day, I took my car to the Costco Tire center on Windward Ave, and they told me I had a nail in the side wall which could not be repaired and I needed to get the tire replaced. However they do not carry this brand and said I could check with some of the bigger tire dealers. I did not want to return to the original dealership as I thought they should have made me aware of this when they saw it and not just drop a comment on the last page and expect me to know how to handle. Anyway, the following day, I went to Palmer’s dealership and met Hiram. I was frustrated with my situation. When I spoke with Hiram he was very professional. He looked at the tire and told me it would need to be replaced as it couldn’t be fixed. And he would need to order the tire and it wouldn’t be In until later. He could have replaced the first thing the next morning. He also advised me that it was not covered by the warranty. This was all okay and I appreciate his honesty. I just needed it fixed and certainly was not comfortable driving around worrying about an accident. Anyway, I was there for my 8:30am appointment. Hiram had the tire replaced and I was out within an hour. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate his honesty and help. I am a retired and widowed women and not experienced in handling car problems. I appreciate him responding like he did and not just pushing me off to go somewhere else. And I am also happy to have found a closer dealership that I have confidence in. More

Really want to waste as much of your time as possible. Seems like the strategy is to frustrate you as much as possible so you just sign on the bottom line so you can get out of there. NOT PALMER ! This was the 5th Jeep I purchased from Palmer over the past 10+ years. They understand that I understand math, and can quickly figure out whether the deal is a good one or not. Why is this so hard for other dealerships to figure out ? I visited another dealership prior to going back to Palmer this time. The other dealership came at me with a monthly payment that was $ 210 more a month than what Palmer offered, on the same vehicle and term.. You just gotta look at them and ask ... so you think I am really that stupid or desperate to buy a car ? Do the math going in … you will be pleansantly surprised that Palmer does not play games. They get aggressive up front, and want you to feel like you got a good deal on your new car. More

My Service Advisor, Luis Torres, setup my appointment and handled the inspection and maintenance of my vehicle. Luis is knowledgeable and proactive on all fronts. He notified me of some concerns found during the inspection and also what was covered under the extended warranty I had when the Jeep was purchased; this always slips my mind when servicing my Jeep so I forget it covers a rental car. Luis is easy to work with, honest, friendly and professional. He made this service trip a breeze!! More
