Jeep Wrangler Engine Light Fault I only bought the Jeep 2 weeks ago so when the engine fault light appeared on the dash I was worried. Jeep was fairly modified with aftermarket parts and had some steering stability concerns prior to purchasing. All concerns were addressed and resolved as I was told they would be without any non sense. Picked up the jeep and on the drive home TPMS light came on. Was slightly concerned but just assumed tires needed air. Still annoying to have a dummy light come on right after you left the dealership. Checked and all tires were correct. Apparently, the previous owner pro cal the computer and changed some parameters. Now I'm slighty irritated. The next day I'm driving it after coming back from out of town and and have put about 250 miles on it so far. The ABS and traction control light pops on out of nowhere. On a jeep this usally points to a speed sensor on one of the tires. I call jim (my salesman) give him the rundown he tells me you have no worries get it in asap. My service advisor was Winston and he was extremely helpful and even went over what parts were replaced prior to me buying it. He confirmed it was a speed sensor and had it swapped out with no issues or money out of my pocket what so ever. They even acknowledged the pro cal situation that was done prior and went ahead and ordered one to correct the other problems with zero hesitation or complications to me. It was greatly appreciated. Bottom line is this is a fairly modified used jeep that they could have tried to make a case on and be that "dealership " that had made the sale and be done with it. The did not do that. Even after they had my money I feel that went above and beyond. Even jim the salesman responded promptly to my text when I had some concerns and made me feel like this would be an easy to resolve situation and it was. The pro cal being ordered was not expected at all and was appreciated. If I'm in need of another vehicle anytime soon I would check with palmer before anywhere else strictly based on how they continue with the sale after the deal was done. More
Hiram and the Express Team are amazing very time when I go in for an oil change and tire rotation, Hiram is there and ready to support his customers. I bought the oil change package so the price is completely doable. A note for the waiting area - the tv is ALWAYS too loud for those of us that have to work while waiting. More

Slow Service The check in process when dropping off your car is very slow. You are only able to work with the advisor your appointment is with and if there are ot The check in process when dropping off your car is very slow. You are only able to work with the advisor your appointment is with and if there are other advisors sitting there, you are forced to wait until your advisor is open. If you need a loaner you have to go to enterprise to get it, in all, just to drop off your car and get a loaner is an hour long process. The communication on status of your car is also spotty, my car was in 3 days before I heard anything for an issue with the battery. Also, I was recommended to have a tire balancing and rotation on brand new tires. More

Routine Maintenance + Extras I made a service appointment with Dawn Bresko and she did an absolutely outstanding job start to finish. Her customer service is excellent and I would come back solely because of her. I dropped my car off for service and they happened to be out of rental cars. She had Enterprise come pick me up from the dealership, which was very convenient. Even though the service took longer than expected on my car, Dawn assured me that my rental fees were going to be covered which was honestly a deciding factor for me. They also have a text messaging service when you drop your car off for service, which is super convenient during the work day to check status and ask/answer questions. All in all, if you're looking to make an appointment here - ask for Dawn, because she's the gold standard at this place. More
