Lack up front Integrity Initial interaction was good. Issues were only key, missing vacuum parts, scrapes in right side of vehicle, missing headphones. Not the end of the world with the minor issues but would been better if dealer had been up front with those things. As a member of the Air Force integrity it a core value and when you fail to mention those things you are not displaying integrity with buyer. Also when contacting buyer with payments the salesman should discuss warranty information before the buyer meets with the dealership manager. Will do a better job next purchase at different dealership of making sure those things are discussed up front as I am not a big haggler and have no problem honoring proper pricing just expect proper integrity in return. More

Rambox Alignment While Luis was excellent in his assistance, professionalism and courtesy unfortunately the same can't be said of the actual service technicians. The issue was relatively minor as the passenger side Rambox was difficult to close and required significant pressure to close it. After the service the Rmabox was marginally better although is seems to require significant pressure and much more than the driver side box. Bottom line - customer service agent was excellent and technician service was poor. More
