I did not like the way you get a car from another dealer, it cost me some money and that is not right. Why don't you start something like an NFL Draft system. You get a car from dealer X and you owe him a "pick" (a car) to be delivered at another time. It seems like a simple system. Yes there may be a small charge but certainly not one so big it affects the price of the car. In searching at other dealers they were getting a car for around $400 from out of state. Sounds logical. DJ is the best and a pleasure to work with. Thanks also to Nick and his staff. More

Concerning Purchasing a vehicle from Palmer was efficient and I thought a great process until I realized I had left a CD in the vehicle that I traded in and need Purchasing a vehicle from Palmer was efficient and I thought a great process until I realized I had left a CD in the vehicle that I traded in and needed that CD for school. I called Dan the salesman and explained the situation and he said he would check the car and mail it to me. While I realize leaving the CD in the car was 100% my fault, I cannot get a response from Dan now that we have left the dealer with our purchased vehicle. I would have preferred an honest answer of No or we don’t mail items left in vehicles than to be told Yes and given false information or misled. Even if he would have been honest initially and just told me No, I would give this dealer 5 stars but because he thought it was acceptable to mislead a customer over small details, I don’t know what other details he would see fit to cover up. More
