Deals were delivered via phone and the prices ended near identical, but I walked back into Palmer beca guy at a competitive dealership down the road. Not only were all of the staff friendly and hepful but Cliff onc came time to get my wife a SUV I thought I would see what Palmer Dodge had to offer. Not only were all of the staff friendly and hepful but Cliff once again made the experience effortless and hassel free. Cliff pulled a CarFax report on the vehicle for us and once we decided on what we wanted he even organzied to have a DVD system put in a couple of days latter, you really can't ask for more in my opinion. My wife left the dealership feeling safe, comfortable and we both have the peace of mind that we know that Palmer dodge will be there if we need anything else !!
