I would have given less than 0 star if there was any. Had and still experiencing one of the worst customer service ever. The reputation of this place is just so bad that they care less trying to do differently. Management can not keep its words and doesn't imagine the liability they expose the dealership to. I bought two cars at the same time, and 2 months later I still can't come into possession of 1 of them because off runarounds that I keep getting from management (first pretending backorder part, and now other issues with the car that they are trying to fix,.....) Overall, I will never again conduct business with this dealership and forbid anyone who is out for a great experience to even approach this place. More

Rich was able to identify possible cracks in manifold and had me drop off my Ram Rebel and gave me a free rental while they confirmed I had cracks in both driver and passenger side manifold.
