Best advantage was quick availability of appointment (next day!). Car service quality appears to be great. The problem was customer service and communication. The person I spoke with initially seemed to (next day!). Car service quality appears to be great. The problem was customer service and communication. The person I spoke with initially seemed to be uninterested and even bothered by my presence. He really annoyed me. He checked me in but quickly referred me to a different representative who clearly had no experience. She called me an hour later with several recommended repairs on top of the initial plan but could not really explain basic information or answer any questions. She had to put somebody else on the phone and still the explanation was suboptimal. Based on the many positive reviews I will come back. But hopefully I receive better attention and communication. More
