The check-in gentleman was condescending and didn't listen at all. He tried to up-sell me on tires before addressing the fact that I needed a new transfer case. He then blamed me for needing a new transfer case as I hadn't had any service done there. I explained there are other mechanics in this city and there was a reason why I don't use their service department. I decided to go elsewhere now that I had an answer and when I went to pick up the vehicle he got all up in my face and very quietly asked me if I was going to a Dodge dealer.
