Luis hpwd me restore bluetooth in about 7 minutes and I had been trying for 2 weeks!! He is a genius and very very pleasant. I was there at 7:40 for an oil change - that was it. I was first in line after the cars already in the garage service bays. It took 1 hour 45 minutes.
