I didn't have the best interaction with the service people. They told me I didn't need to make an appointment and when I showed up that asked why I didn't have an appointment. My tires were filled to 40 psi, spec on the vehicle is 33. And they unplugged the device in my dash and didnt plug it back in. Super irritating when I ONLY asked for an oil change. They had it repaired and back to me in 4 days! I have never had my vehicle serviced with them previously but will only go to them going forward. Palmer is an A+ dealer! More
