My daughter moved from Ca to Atlanta. Myca is trying to “adult” as best she can. I bought her Jeep a year ago and away she went to Atlanta. One area I failed to educate my children in was automotive. I think its an area we sometimes take for granted. I felt so helpless when my daughter called and had no idea what to do when her car wouldn’t start. I advised her to call the nearest dealership. Myca spent a couple of hours calling various Jeep Dealerships only to get the run around or to be irritated by her call. Then she called Palmer Jeep who went above and beyond in helping Myca. Myca works to pay her bills and at her age finds it hard to get ahead. When she found out how long it might take to fix her car she almost had a nervous breakdown because she is too young to rent a car. Kimberly helped Myca sort through the process, sent an Uber for her and pushed the repair sooner than expected. I don’t think you know how much gratitude I have for the amazing customer service Myca received. It only takes one person to make a huge impact or perception of a company you have a keeper in Kimberly and we will always think highly of your dealership. More

Peyton was great per usual, but i was misinformed before my visit. I called the day prior and spoke to service who said I could come in the following day at 8am to get my key fob reprogrammed. That was inco my visit. I called the day prior and spoke to service who said I could come in the following day at 8am to get my key fob reprogrammed. That was incorrect as the keys weren’t in stock.
