Peyton was great at the service desk! I was in and out in 30 minutes to get my new keys programmed. The keys arrived sooner than expected (shout out to the Parts department!). Have had my 2022 truck into the service department three times for the same issue. It has still not been corrected after multiple weeks in the shop. Under warranty, but has been in the shop the majority times for the same issue. It has still not been corrected after multiple weeks in the shop. My husband made an appointment for our truck to get the recall done. When I got there the appointment was not in the system according to Kimberly. Then I was told that I would need to leave the truck for 2 recall done. When I got there the appointment was not in the system according to Kimberly. Then I was told that I would need to leave the truck for 2-3 days instead of the 1 1/2-2 hrs it would take to do the software update on the truck for the recall. So I called my husband and he spoke to Kimberly about the appointment then afterwards she spoke to a co-worker to get me in whom was very adamant about only that issue was to be performed like no oil change, tire rotation, and etc. We had an appointment and I didn't just walk in there so I didn't understand why I was getting a push back. It took all of 20 minutes to do the software update; however the information for the appointment was not communicated and was not good. After the recall was performed, I received paperwork to show what had been done and it had our information on it such as address and name which was odd since she couldn't pull the appointment up in the system. Plus our last name was misspelled and I had to go back to Kimberly to fix it. Even though everything turned out fine it was still not a good experience. They also forgot to put the dashboard settings right from the tire pressure reading. More
The service personnel were excellent. They understood my problem and scheduled me into service immediately. My key had fallen between the drivers get and the console of my Jeep Gladiator They understood my problem and scheduled me into service immediately. My key had fallen between the drivers get and the console of my Jeep Gladiator. In less than an hour they had retrieved the key. The disappointing part was the cost. I was charged just under $200. That seemed pricey based on the time spent. I should have asked ahead of time an estimate of the cost. The Service Department manager said he felt that it could be retrieved in less than an hour. Therefore, I was expecting less than $100. I would appreciate a call from Mr. Keller to explain the charged costs. Thanks More
