I purchased a certified used truck from this dealership. Two days after driving, I noticed the brakes were squealing. After inspecting them, it was very clear it needed new brakes and rotors. I was nervous about asking them to repair this due to it being a used car purchase and those are normally “as is” sales. I spoke to the service manager and they scheduled me to bring it in. Apparently the truck I bought was fresh on the lot (just traded in) and it was overlooked. Anyways, they replaced all rotors and brakes for no charge. They provided a ride to and from the dealership too. I was very impressed and it was just the right thing to do. Highly recommend this business More

2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation with Jeep wave membership. Asked that the spare tire to be included in the rotation and it wasn't (i knew cause the Jeep is new so the spare still had the whit wave membership. They took the Jeep back to rotate it and took another 30 mins. I wouldn't mind the wait if you could schedule an oil change, but I called ahead and they said they don't schedule oil changes. If they only offer walk-ins for oil changes, 2 hours doesn't seem reasonable. More
