I was there for 3 hours and 45 minutes to 1) get an oil I was there for 3 hours and 45 minutes to 1) get an oil change, 2) to specifically get the 23 point inspection (otherwise just go to a jiffy lube) a I was there for 3 hours and 45 minutes to 1) get an oil change, 2) to specifically get the 23 point inspection (otherwise just go to a jiffy lube) and to 3) get a new battery for 2 key fobs. -------- After 3++ hours, upon checkout, I noticed that I didn't get the results of the 23 point inspection, I specifically asked if it was conducted and told Yes. --- Due to timing, I was in a hurry, and did not ask to see the inspection report. --- Upon returning the car to my daughter, at her place of employment, I parked facing a wall inside a garage, and because the headlights were on "Auto" the lights came on, and I noticed (reflection on the wall) that the front left headlight was out. How could a headlight be out 30 minutes after a 23 point inspection (did I mention that I did NOT receive the results of the 23 point inspection but was told that it was conducted) ---- Bottom line it took almost 4 hours to get an oil change (arrived at 10:35 and left at 2:20) and 2 battery fobs. IF the 23 point inspection was completed please email me a copy. ---- My past service visits to Palmer Dodge have been excellent. ------ I feel/hope that this experience was an exception to the service that I've previously received at Palmer Dodge. ---- I will continue to use you for service and potentially for purchase of cars in the future. This was our first time taking our 2010 SRT8 to Palmer Dodge. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and the quality of work we received. Communication with the service advisor Michael was wonderful. His explanation of repairs and what was needed we appreciated. The technician was spot on with recommendations and repaired the vehicle. We are very pleased that the technician noticed the leaking water pump and thermostat. The repair order was very professional and provided one of the most descriptive explanation of repairs and purpose that I have seen. I have spent almost 20 years in the automotive business. Even though the car sits in the garage I know if left leaking it could have led to a MUCH more costly repair. Palmer Dodge will be the only place I will attend for repairs on the SRT and when ready to purchase they will be my first choice. Thank you Michael, the technician, and the rest of the team. Cheers!
