Had car towed in on a Thursday. Was not told they were 3 to 4 days behind. Called Friday afternoon to check on the car and it was not looked at. Kim said she would call me back by end of business and give to 4 days behind. Called Friday afternoon to check on the car and it was not looked at. Kim said she would call me back by end of business and give me an update. She never called. Called back on Saturday for an update they said car was dispatched to a technician but he was off on Saturday. So again never looked at. Called Monday around 10 AM, spoke with Kim again. She checked on car and said they were looking at it and she would call me back with an update after she spoke with tech. She never called. Called around 2PM and asked to speak with manager. He looked up status and finally told me what was wrong and that they had parts in stock and would get it done by end of day. Communication at this dealership is horrible. More
