The vehicle is still fairly new, under warranty, and I'm proficient enough in automotive technology to fix the recommended service myself by simply cleaning parts for less than $10. When I asked the technician to show me the parts in question, he couldn't. As a result of this experience, I do not trust Palmer's service department and I will not want to return after my last prepaid service. More

Changed my tire and didn’t bother to check the alignment. I spent almost a hundred thousand dollars on the car from this dealer yet when I speak with service advisor Winston and the guy who sits in front of him it’s as if I’m a burden to their day. It’s truly a display of the worst service you can get. More
Michael is perhaps the best supervisor i had dealt with. He is so knowledgeable and was very prompt in keeping me updated when my minivan had an issue that took almost a week to rectify.
