I've always had good service with the team; however, my wife has a terrible time getting prompt attention. I brought it in for an oil change, tire rotate, and recall software update. The software updates took way longer than promised; however Hiram found me a loaner at 5:00 so I could pick up my son. My wife came to return the loaner and again had dismissive treatment and took a while to get her vehicle. When she arrived home, it appeared that a piece of metal had punctured the tire; however on follow up visit, it was just lodged, no puncture More

A local Jeep dealership in Lawrenceville quoted me $2000 for a necessary repair, and I had to pay $200 for the visit. I wanted a second opinion and came back to Palmer. I am on my 3rd new Palmer Rubicon and this one pulled a little left on the highway They checked the alignment and drove the Jeep several complete . Had to replace BOTH batteries on my 18 JL Wrangler w/only 38k miles. Not their fault that’s on Jeep, but had just had oil change done two days earlier with a multipoint inspection done and they didn’t catch 38k miles.
