I was in Alpharetta for a family death when my certified pre-owned jeep (purchased 3 days prior) broke down. I showed up at Palmer on the Tuesday after Memorial day in dire need of a repair so I could drive pre-owned jeep (purchased 3 days prior) broke down. He was communicative, kind, and understanding of my situation. The dealership was clearly booked solid with repairs, but they were still able to do a diagnostic, order a part, work with warranty, and get the repair done in less than two business days. I could not be happier with my experience at Palmer. If I lived closer, they would be a primary option for me. More

The manager was a big help. Helped me understand the issue with my wheel spacers, gave us an interim fix, and then offered to install new parts once they were available.
