Took my 70th Anniversary edition Wrangler in for oil leak. . I typically dropped my Jeep off for routine service on a work day when I was going into the office. For convenience only, I had routine oi leak. . I typically dropped my Jeep off for routine service on a work day when I was going into the office. For convenience only, I had routine oil change at another facility closer to home. I noticed an oil leak IMMEDIATELY after the service. The local facility was not able to give me a clearly identified issue and would be 2 weeks before they could address. I brought my Jeep to Palmer for evaluation and repair the same day. The communication and expectation of when information would be available was SUPERB! They address my oil leak and took EXTRA attention to cleaning the engine compartment of oil. While there I asked them to look into a "rattling" sound I was experiencing. They did a complete evaluation. While not pinpointing the issue, they took steps to address likely areas and even repaired a rattle in the rear gate! I could not be more please with this episode of service. Professional, thorough, and instilled confidence that a issue was address. Definitely worth the extra effort over convenience. I'll continue to use Palmer for my service needs. More

Took my truck in and a service guy told me a safety recall had completed and it wasn’t actually done. When confronted he said he assumed it had been done.
