Brought in my Demon for the PCM upgrade. I brought the new part in from my Demon Crate. The part was installed properly. The only problem I had was the cost of the installation which included a tally of new part in from my Demon Crate. The part was installed properly. The only problem I had was the cost of the installation which included a tally of shop supplies none of which were necessary and specifically NOT even used! The whole visit took less than 1 hour of time however I paid over $270 for uninstalling several screws and 2 connectors and installing the same and programming the new PCM. I was seriously overcharged for this service. More
Had a great experience. These guys helped in time crunch on some mechanical needs whereas other places that I’ve frequented said they were busy too and weren’t willing to lend a hand. Initial confusion over timing. Several staff in the office on the phone but not attending live customers. The "outside" reception agent took over and worked very hard to get me in and out quickly.
