I had an appointment on Saturday, June 12th for an oil change and to replace a speed sensor on the right front tire of my 2005 PT Cruiser. The speed sensor had to be ordered and I was told that I could c change and to replace a speed sensor on the right front tire of my 2005 PT Cruiser. The speed sensor had to be ordered and I was told that I could come in the following week to get it installed. I paid for the speed sensor along with the oil change and was told the order had been placed for the part. I was unable to get back to your dealership until Saturday, June 19th to have the speed sensor installed. I arrived at 8:15 AM and after waiting over two hours, I went back to the service department to see when the care would be ready. I was told that the part would not be delivered until 12:00 PM! It appears to me as if there was no attempt to get the part until I arrived on Saturday morning June 19th even though I had already paid for the part. Something within your ordering process needs to be changed! There is another Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealer within 3 miles of my home. However, I have been driving the 17 miles to Palmer because of your service. I need to understand why I should continue to make the 17-mile trip one way to your dealership in the future. Any insight you can provide me will be greatly appreciated. More

Service department unable to diagnose and correct the issues with electrical system, start/stop, and ETS error messages. They said they fixed it multiple times but the errors continued to present themse issues with electrical system, start/stop, and ETS error messages. They said they fixed it multiple times but the errors continued to present themselves after driving a mile off the lot. Their service department did a poor job of explaining what was going on, explaining why they made the recommendations they did, and didn't seem concerned in the slightest at caring if the problem was actually fixed. I won't be returning to this location for any reason. More
