Initial confusion over timing. Several staff in the office on the phone but not attending live customers. The "outside" reception agent took over and worked very hard to get me in and out quickly. Palmer Jeep in Alpharetta is excellent. Appts were available within a a few days of scheduling; which was the case in other surrounding dealerships. In & out in <3 days. The Service reps were super pr available within a a few days of scheduling; which was the case in other surrounding dealerships. In & out in <3 days. The Service reps were super professional, great with communications & at explaining the issues and even offered add'l service items at no add'l cost, because I was part of the Jeep Wave program. I will definitely bring all future service items to Palmer Jeep. More
