I don't even know where to begin anymore, this has been my 3rd visit in last 3 months to the shop with same issues with my car. Once my oil gets to 50% the car shakes and turns off while im driving. It is a little bit hit or miss, depending on who you deal with. Initially i had a problem with my u-connect, to which the person on the service desk told me that it would cost 1200$ to fix (get a new one). with. When i told him that that was rediculous, his answer was a post-it note with a 1800 number for Jeep.... i called them and had to fix this issue myself. When it was fixed, the dealership (michael) helped me and from there it went well. This should have been taken care of for me by you. You represent Jeep, just sending me away with a sticky-note is poor customer service, i need you to have my back. Finally, i had to make two trips, because the radio wasnt installed correctly the first time, which costed my 1.5 hours of my time. That was annoying, should have been checked the first time around. More
