I was able to bring my Jeep in for service and Michael Stewart took care of all of the items I needed, even ordering a part for my radio which needs repairs. I dropped off my Jeep on Dec 7th for an issue with the auto start/stop. They said give them a few days, so on the 10th not hearing anything I called them and they told me oh its ready..ok? Were you not going to call...I questioned them when I picked it up, that the battery was just replaced by them in April/May...was it the same issue, the gentleman checking me out said, you can read it on the invoice, what you cant tell me? We had to return for service for a new radio, they told me 1.5 hour service time...ok...When i dropped it off I noticed that the auto start/stop was acting up again, in less than a month...would they take a look...no problem..i figured that would add time. After 3 hours of waiting i was told 20 more minutes...I waited another hour...asked for the progress...they said 20 more minutes...I spoke to the Service manager...He said because of of the extra ask this caused added time...fine tell me up Front...I would have asked for a loaner or asked someone to pick me up...4 hours waiting...no communication whatsoever...We have owned our Jeep 2 years...I have taken it for service 5 times...Before I ever return, I would rather sell it and buy a new jeep from a different dealership than go back to Palmer...Just my personal experience... I was happy with the service and the guys were all very friendly. My only criticism was the time it took for an oil change, new tires, and a software update. When I expressed shock at the difference in cost he said the service rep who quoted you those is probably why she got fired these costs are published...where are they published why was I not educated on the cost difference beforehand.As if that wasn’t bad enough.... I have a leak on my garage floor since after the service day and I texted Thomas about it with no response! More
