In this case however I am taking the time out of my life and work schedule to write this letter. You truly have a remarkable individual working for you in your service department. My vehicle had the transmission fail this past June. It was at your service department science then until recently. The frustration and inconvenience this caused was to a whole new level for me. The only reason I was able to keep some sort of confidence in the Jeep Brand was your employee Murray (Alpharetta GA Location). He was very informative and understanding during the entire process. I never felt uninformed or unimportant. He was able to make me feel reassured that everything that could be done was being done during a very uncertain time. Furthermore once the parts required became available the work was done at a fast pace. Not only was it done fast but the work was done correctly and with every detail remembered. I did not have to remind your team of any of the extra work I also wanted done. You have a very professional team that makes your company shine. I can not say my faith in the Jeep Brand is what it once was. But with certainty I can say I have faith in your staff and that will keep me coming back to Palmer.
