Second time working with this location everyone was pleasant and helpful as usual. I had to have a transmission replaced, Roberto was great at keeping me up to date during the process. 1. Every time I have visited for regular maintenance, from the first scheduled maintenance forward, the service advisor in quick lane has recommended a "throttle body service" during check in. This is not a listed factory maintenance item and a known questionable add on for a lower mileage car. Each time, I decline. This time he did not ask on the front end, but instead called me while in the waiting room to say that the technician was already doing that service and a brake flush, that the work was in progress. This was unapproved, costly work and Approx. $200 for ea.,. I agreed to the brake flush on my 3 yo, 40k car, a known service, but declined the throttle body service. The approach here took a previously negative nagging experience at every visit to more than questionable one. 2. During my time in the waiting room, the other customers and I endured a lengthy, loud, heated political argument between two of the sales people in the showroom. Nothing about this visit was pleasant. More
