Palmer Jeep is awesome. Everyone was friendly and totally understanding. My Jeep broke down on the way to my vacation. From the moment it was dropped off I heard from Murray the service manager. He told me understanding. My Jeep broke down on the way to my vacation. From the moment it was dropped off I heard from Murray the service manager. He told me they had the vehicle and would get to it as soon as possible. I inquired about a rental car and he provided one. Same model vehicle I had brought it. He kept in touch with me all along the process. He suggested service work and was not high pressure sales tactics some dealers use. He was so understanding. I wish I lived in the area to patronize their service department in the future. But, I will say, for the next vehicle purchase I will come to Atlanta and buy from Palmer, that is for sure. More
