I’ve had 2 service dealings with this location since buying a used 2019 Jeep elsewhere. One was for a recall, which they performed but took the entire day to accomplish, and one was to remove locking lu buying a used 2019 Jeep elsewhere. One was for a recall, which they performed but took the entire day to accomplish, and one was to remove locking lug nuts from my wheels because the key did not come with my jeep. They took an hour to do this and then charged me $150 for it after not giving me an estimate up front at all (so I naively assumed it would be free/cheap). Both experiences were frustrating compared to other dealerships I’ve dealt with over the last 15 years. More

Brought my Ram 2500 HD because a code popped up, They reset n said it was fixed, along with some warranty work. 20 minutes of driving code came back.
