I needed an additional keyfob for my 2020 Pacifica and checked price on line at MOPAR and with another dealership closer to my home that Palmet. Your layout is terrible for on that rainy day I was directed to the waiting area in main building, about 100 feet away. Find the glass door and ws surprised I was at a parts receiving area with many crates of parts through which I walked to a waiting area. I was turned off by the experience.
