Check in was quick and convenient. The service agent wore a mask and was very courteous. She also arranged for after hours pickup, which was very helpful. wore a mask and was very courteous. She also arranged for after hours pickup, which was very helpful. More
Very loyal Chrysler customer I have been driving Chrysler products for 33 years, but I had such a bad streak of experiences with another dealership I was about to sell my Ram and I have been driving Chrysler products for 33 years, but I had such a bad streak of experiences with another dealership I was about to sell my Ram and my Chrysler with a very heavy heart. I called the Service Manager who assured me of the Chrysler expertise of his staff. A few days later, I called for an early maintenance service and Roberto told me to come in the same day. They performed the service well and in a timely manner, and they even corrected an alignment problem that the previous dealer had created months earlier. Chrysler makes exciting quality products, and Palmer Dodge rescued a relationship that was abused and left for dead by another area dealership. The work performed and communications were excellent, professional, and confidence inspiring. The service was not cheap, but reasonable and the price paid was well worth the peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in good hands. Roberto also told me that my prized older Jeep (that the other dealer would decline to work on) was also welcome for service at their dealership. Thank you, Roberto. This is what I expect from a Chrysler dealership, no less and no more! More

Good service visit - only one suprise Hiram was first of all very nice and courteous...kept me informed and got me in and out fairly quickly for my routine oil change and tire rotation. I Hiram was first of all very nice and courteous...kept me informed and got me in and out fairly quickly for my routine oil change and tire rotation. I was a bit surprised to learn that the 2014 Jeep GC we own had lugnuts that were breaking down and our tire change tool would no longer be enough to remove them. Why would Jeep not use lugnuts that would last for the car's life?? Seems like an manufacturing issue that would warrant a recall. In any event this was a $250 expense i did not expect to pay for 20 lugnuts...Hiram explained this is a problem with many older Jeep Wranglers and GC's. More
I feel pressured to purchase extra services every time I bring my vehicle for routine maintenance (e.g. oil change) and often feel that service related to new problems is “over-sold.” This weakens trust in bring my vehicle for routine maintenance (e.g. oil change) and often feel that service related to new problems is “over-sold.” This weakens trust in the service department.
