The extended warranty they sold me did not even cover the software update nor does it cover the consul with the handle fell off of. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I set an appointment for a diagnostic for a sound coming from my ac. I was told my technician would be Murray and that he would keep m I’ve ever had. I set an appointment for a diagnostic for a sound coming from my ac. I was told my technician would be Murray and that he would keep me updated throughout the process. I dropped my car off in the morning, by noon I had been updated with issue. I almost had a heart attack when he informed me how much the repair would be however he was understanding when I had to call him back once I could scrounge up the money for the repair. When I called him to give him the ok, I told him that I also found a coupon. He said he would apply it with no problem and would have the work completed by 4pm that same day. Once I picked up my car all my paperwork was completed, I was given a detailed breakdown on the work done, the issue was resolved and more importantly (the coupon was applied)lol. Definitely pretty pricey in my opinion, however the customer service I received from not only Murray but the entire Palmer Dodge service team was invaluable and worth it. Everyone I spoke to was more than willing to assist and was pleasant. I have to have another service in the near future and I will definitely be back with or without a coupon!! More
