Murray Changed My Mind I brought the Jeep I just bought in for a cooling system issue. In the past when I had my Ram truck I bought from Palmer I had nothing but negative ex I brought the Jeep I just bought in for a cooling system issue. In the past when I had my Ram truck I bought from Palmer I had nothing but negative experiences on their service. However I figured I'd give it a shot as they have great Jeep service reviews. I spoke to Murray about my issues who told me he would take care of me which he did. Not only did he make sure it was covered under manufacturer warranty rather than my extended, he also kept me updated on the process. Also he made sure it was fixed and ready to go in a time I would think they were busy. I am very impressed and Murray changed my mind about their service so I will be taking my Jeep back to them again. Would recommend if you own a Wrangler. And make sure to get Murray as he will make sure your vehicle is serviced correctly unlike other personnel I dealt with in the past. More

The service department was quick and efficient for the reason I brought it in (routine service). That said, I purchased our Jeep here at Palmer a few years back and have had a rattle in the liftgate area reason I brought it in (routine service). The service technician humored me and located and indicated it was the attached license plate frame. Many thanks for that! But it didn’t solve the problem. I went home and found some cushioned tape ... from a customer service standpoint, that solution would have been an easy fix for the service department but I had to go home and figure it out. More
