After my vehicle was serviced and I pick it up I had to remove the plastic covering the driver's seat, the paper covering the floor on the driver's side. My tires safety lock was missing and I had to retur remove the plastic covering the driver's seat, the paper covering the floor on the driver's side. My tires safety lock was missing and I had to return to the dealership to retrieve it. This is the 3rd time that I have to return to the dealerhip to retrieve it my tire safety lock. More

Svcs tech tried to charge me for a warranty item, which is the only reason that I brought vehicle in. While I was there, another customer warned me that she had been charged for over $1000 of repairs th is the only reason that I brought vehicle in. While I was there, another customer warned me that she had been charged for over $1000 of repairs that she didn’t authorize. Big red flags! More
