Went in for a simple oil change. Everything was pleasant until checkout. My vehicle was mixed up/mistaken for someone else’s and my receipt had someone else’s name on it. Hiram told me my service wasn’t aff until checkout. My vehicle was mixed up/mistaken for someone else’s and my receipt had someone else’s name on it. Hiram told me my service wasn’t affected, only the paperwork. Now I’m not so sure because I’m having issues with my vehicle ever since. I believe additional/unnecessary service was performed in my vehicle and it’s overheating after 10 minutes of driving and that wasn’t happening before😡😡😡 More

Brought the Wrangler in for wandering steering issue but they said it was normal for jeeps to not stay in center of lane. They said the mechanic drove on hwy but only a few miles on the odometer from when I they said it was normal for jeeps to not stay in center of lane. Palmer is great for oil changes but the mechanics are not good enough for Jeep loyalist. More
