Almost reasonable cost I arrived at the dealership this past week due to a rock that had been knocked up and busted out my right passenger fog light. The cost for the light was not that expensive but I was charged $75 labor for what took them maybe 20 mins to fix. At that rate, I was charged roughly $150 an hour for labor. Jobs like this one should be billed in better consideration for the customer. More

Disappointing and Incompetence I think those words some up my visit. I have had problems with my shifter not allowing me to get out of park before. The first time was 4 years after the car was built and this time was 8 years after the recall so I guess that is good. Apparently I am supposed to be happy that the tech stayed late to finish something that he missed on the first inspection. If he was as thorough as I assume you are supposed to be it would have been caught on this first go around and not take extra hours. And I absolutely love that a little plastic piece is not replaceable unless you call replacing the entire unit replaceable. And on top of that they put the shifter back on backwards, which in the end is not the worst thing, I am just wondering how hard it is to put the car back the correct way More

So when I friendly asked for a copy of my contract, this “MANAGER” made sure to make me feel very uncomfortable by making jokes about the the situation with the sales people. I can buy another headlight or even another truck, but before I do, I want to know that it is fair, because the truck is new. This person needs to learn how to treat customers. I felt like I was bagging just for asking a question. I now rather buy from Craiglist, but never buy from them again. More
