After 2 rear differential rebuilds problem is worse than originally dropped I was told it was a complete rebuild by the service dept but by the parts list on receipt the carrier assy was not replaced I par originally dropped I was told it was a complete rebuild by the service dept but by the parts list on receipt the carrier assy was not replaced I participated in repair by paying a certain portion and was told I had a 2 year unlimited mileage warrant on rebuild I set and made an appt with district warranty guy who rode with me and pretty much told me he didn’t see any problems and would have to find another 2014 ram 3500 with 50k miles on it to compare. The tech who did both rebuilds and shop foreman rode with me separately and hear the clunking in and out of throttle I feel that will be next to impossible to find another vehicle to compare and by the videos I have dated and time stamped it’s clearly not right where may I submit those. in March the truck needs to be at shows with my family I need to get this fixed immediately since I have been to the dealership 4 times with 2 rebuilds they mentioned they don’t know what the problem is and I would request a new whole axle.
