Unnecessary work I came in for an oil change. That's all. But Hiram, the advisor, said it would be 90 minutes for an oil change (which is absurd) and that my vehicle, I came in for an oil change. That's all. But Hiram, the advisor, said it would be 90 minutes for an oil change (which is absurd) and that my vehicle, a 2013 Dodge Durango, needed new plugs at 86,000 miles (which would take just about 2 1//2 hours). This was either a lie or he was mistaken. According to the maintenance schedule, which I reviewed after I got home and became suspicious, is at 48,000 and 96,000 miles. But further, I found paperwork indicating that I had new plugs installed when I brought the vehicle in for service at 78,000 miles, when Hiram was also my service advisor. So I did not need new plugs just 8,000 miles later. I called his manager, David Keller, who was very nice and gave me a refund for the plug work, but I am still not happy. Dealer service departments have a reputation for trying to add on unnecessary work, and Hiram confirmed that. I will most likely not return to the dealership for future service. I don't trust them any more. More

Very deceptive and dishonest Took my daughter's 2016 Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change. I told my daughter to tell him OK as long as I could use a 10% off on vehicle service coupon from the Palmer Dodge website. Hiram said OK. When I go to pick up the jeep, the price is still $159.95. Hiram then proceeds to talk in circles saying the 10% coupon cannot be used because it has a max value of $200. This makes no sense since the service was $159.95 and 15% would be about $24 bucks. He continues talking in circles saying the service was actually $169.95 and he took off 5% which still doesn't add up either. At this point, I was frustrated with Hiram's deception and blatant dishonesty and left. Later in the day, I called the dealership and asked to speak to Jody Cruce about my experience. A receptionist told me he was not available so I left a message with my cell phone number. I have not received any follow up whatsoever since my call. More
