While I was treated poorly in service my girlfriend went to the w This dealership seems to have a cultural issue with being polite to their customers. While I was treated poorly in service my girlfriend went to the waiting room and returned with the first thing she said being how rude the employees are. On top of this the service department did not return parts they replaced upon request, scheduled transmission work when the transmission expert was on vacation, and has not provided paperwork for the last 2 visits. This is probably due to the fact they haven't been able to fix the problem for the last two visits. I came to this dealer after being impressed by the knowledge Ryan had in parts. Outside of Ryan this dealership has little to offer. More

When I got in the Sandy Springs my engine light came on so the following day I went over to Palmer Dodge talk to Neil .Neil took a look at it said he couldn’t get me in right away but to come back on Thursday and he would fit me in first thing in the morning. Found out that the thermostat was bad .after . Neil got on the phone with my extended warranty. He kept me up-to-date during The repair. I went in there about 830 and I left at 11:40 in the morning. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and they went out of out of There way for me and I dearly appreciate that. More
