They told me they could not rotate my tires because my lug nuts were stripped. The mechanic actually put indents in the middle of my lug nuts trying to get them off!!! Your service manager told me they were like that before I came in. I wash my car 3 to 4 times a week, I would have noticed them dented from previous service at Mr Tire where I bought my new tires. I have free tire rotation and balancing with them. I figured I would let Palmer do the rotation since it was free with the 3 oil change special. Then the service manager wanted to charge me $450 dollars to replace the lug nuts!! What!!! They cost $40 dollars at Advance Auto for set of 20. This is the worst experience I have had with Palmer Dodge in 10 years I have been Going to them. I hope you can fix this situation going forward. More

Anothe I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism displayed by the team. The man in the parts department helped me find the repair center. Another gentleman helped my wife find a place to park and find me for a ride home. The service writer kept me up to date with the recommended repairs and was attentive. The repairs themselves seem to have been done in a professional manner. I will definitely return when I need service in the future. More

I recently had to have both of my exhaust manifolds replaced on my 2021 Ram Limited 1500. I have less than 70k miles on my truck and it's been immaculantly taken care of. Though I'm not impressed that replaced on my 2021 Ram Limited 1500. I have less than 70k miles on my truck and it's been immaculantly taken care of. Though I'm not impressed that I had to have the repairs done, that's not Palmer Dodge's fault. Kim in Palmer Dodge's service department took great care of me. Not only did she take good care of me and my truck, but she was also able to get me a considerable discount as a courtesy on the services rendered. I really appreciated Kim. She kept me informed, was empathetic to my situation, and took care of the repair in a professional and timely manner. Thank you Palmer Dodge, and a special thanks to Kim in their service department. I only found out because I stopped at the parts department on my way out from picking up my Jeep, and a tech came over with a torque wrench. If I hadn’t stopped for parts, they would not have correctly rotated the tires. More
