Fast n easy! I recently took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation on my only day off. I pulled right up to service desk and was greeted by a friendly ser I recently took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation on my only day off. I pulled right up to service desk and was greeted by a friendly service person, he took down down some brief info and told me that my vehicle would be ready in 45min. I went to the front of the lot and examined some new vehicles then went inside to chat with the salesman who sold me my Jeep. After about another 15 min of sitting in waiting room, I got a text that I was ready to go. I jumped in my Wrangler and enjoyed the rest of the day. It was very quick and painless experience. I even had a chance to chat with another gentleman who was at his 3rd Jeep dealer trying to get his vehicle fix. I gave him assurance that he would have total success at Palmer and I was a satisfied customer for the past 7 years. More

Saved me on a Saturday! My Jeep dash flashed a ‘Transmission Service’ warning last Saturday and soon thereafter went into ‘limp’ mode. Fortunately Palmer Dodge was close and My Jeep dash flashed a ‘Transmission Service’ warning last Saturday and soon thereafter went into ‘limp’ mode. Fortunately Palmer Dodge was close and I was able to drive there. Their Service Dept was actually open on Saturday. Luis Espinoza quickly took the car in, generated diagnostic codes, explained the powertrain was still under warranty, and assured me he would call first thing Monday morning with more info. By 10AM on Monday Luis had finished repair of my car and said it was ready for pickup. Incredible customer service for someone who had not previously been to their dealership. I’ll certainly be a client going forward! More

So I asked him if it would be under warranty and he’s said no it would have to be out of pocket for about $1800, ain’t nobody got time for that. But I was there recently for something else and a want to shout out Thomas pappas, he’s vary friendly, understanding, great work! More
