It would have been a great fit for me to use that other dealer for service long term due to that proximity. When I tried to make an appointment, I felt like I was inconveniencing them with my service work, and the appointment date was 6 weeks out! Neil at Palmer DCJR took my truck in, fixed the recalls and handled some additional service items quickly, and treated me like a person, not an inconvenience. I will return to Palmer next time. More

3 strikes and out It is a long story, but work under 3year/36,000 mi started in 2018, again in early 2019 and now in Sept 2019...aprox 12 days total in their shop and t It is a long story, but work under 3year/36,000 mi started in 2018, again in early 2019 and now in Sept 2019...aprox 12 days total in their shop and they still have not fixed the issue (driver seat heat) saying it works normal! The Mgr of the svc dept has not responded either to a detailed complaint...maybe he is researching the 3 svc activities on this vehicle...maybe not...time will tell. More
