The only reason for not giving a 5 star was the fact that the 23 point inspection form was not given to me so I had not been sure why the differential fluid had been recommeded to be changed since that was not intially explained to me. When I came to pick up the car I was checked out by a different employee than the one who had worked with me initially who was Winston Anderson who gave excellent service. The second employee who checked me out was courteous but simply forgot to give me the 23 point inspection form and I forgot to ask about that form. I did not get his name. More

Rambox Alignment While Luis was excellent in his assistance, professionalism and courtesy unfortunately the same can't be said of the actual service technicians. The issue was relatively minor as the passenger side Rambox was difficult to close and required significant pressure to close it. After the service the Rmabox was marginally better although is seems to require significant pressure and much more than the driver side box. Bottom line - customer service agent was excellent and technician service was poor. More
