Timely and knowledgable service manager I had been taking my vehicle to a closer Dealer for service, however that dealers service was terrible. Bad experience Dropped off car to have oil change, service shifter light on, and vent replaced. Didnt hear from anyone for over 24 hrs, I had to call and told car wa Dropped off car to have oil change, service shifter light on, and vent replaced. Didnt hear from anyone for over 24 hrs, I had to call and told car wasnt looked at, would be at least monday (this was friday). When picked car up was told everything was fine. Drove it 2 days later and service shifter light came on again. Took it to another dealership who is now replacing the shifter under warranty. Very disappointed with whole experience More

When the job was done a small plastic trim piece was missing from the upper retractor. Subsequent returns could not come up with a trim piece that fit. For the price of parts and labor I expected the job to be completed correctly. A month later it still isn't correct. More

Thanks, Thomas! I dropped off my Jeep at the service center on a Sunday after my radiator overheated. The service area was closed, so I left my keys and information i I dropped off my Jeep at the service center on a Sunday after my radiator overheated. The service area was closed, so I left my keys and information in their after hours drop off. Thomas called me the following day and informed me that there was a factory recall on my radiator fan, and the faulty part was responsible for the issue the day before. The fan was replaced free of charge and I was able to retrieve my car that same day (though I couldn't get it until the following day). He was so helpful and very sweet too. Thank you, Thomas! More
