Bad customer service and Bad communication I went for a recall (V41) for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. I called ahead of time to make an appointment and was told i dont need one. They made me wait for I went for a recall (V41) for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. I called ahead of time to make an appointment and was told i dont need one. They made me wait for 2 hours before telling me they are out of the part and i had to come back to get it done.No one came to inform me. After waiting for 2 hours, i thought to check with the Service Dept and found my car running outside the door(who knows since how long). Bad customer service, Bad communication, Bad experience. More

I do have one complaint and that is that the dealership surveys are too long and too detailed. Customers don’t have time for such inconsiderate surveys. The dealership needs to use surveys from companies that have no more than five questions with a one to five star rating. Simple surveys would be appreciated. Everyone ate the dealership was great!
