Expecting a call sometime that morning I called the service center at 1:30 and they still hadn’t had a car in service center. they did finally call at nearly 3 o’clock explained the situation however they didn’t have the parts in the shop to complete the fuel pump repairs. They did offer us a rental at no charge but we had to come and pick it up.Long start was fixed immediately. We just drove to Wisconsin yesterday and noticed gas mileage was better as well. Also noticed we had some clicking relay noise under the dashboard that had stopped as well. . Your service was good, however I clearly wouldn't expect this sort of failure with car with only 85k. Since we got the car we have had water pump failure a air conditioner compressor failure and this fuel pump failure. I have never had this many failures on car with sort of mileage. More

After explaining that my daughter was going to be heading back to college soon and the fact that the fan motor was already making some noise, he suggested that I bring the vehicle in first thing Saturday morning. Upon dropping off the vehicle, I discussed with Thomas another issue that I wanted to have checked out related to the transmission shifting. Thomas made sure that both areas of concern were properly addressed by the service department and I am again comfortable knowing my daughter will be heading back to Virginia Tech well maintained vehicle.
