I also requested they troubleshoot an added item concerning my vehicle. Dawn provided stellar customer service and coordinated the completion of the service work in a timely manner. The service technician was very thorough and explained his approach in troubleshooting the added item. Both were very pleasant and will continue to have my vehicle serviced at the dealership.
