Dawn is always awesome to work with at Palmer I've been having some noises in the Jeep. The team there did a great job of doing all they could to alleviate the issue. Second time was the charm Took car in and it was determined that it needed a new alternator, Service was excellent, Next day found a huge liquid puddle under car in my garage. Took car in and it was determined that it needed a new alternator, Service was excellent, Next day found a huge liquid puddle under car in my garage. Returned to dealership and it was quickly determined that the anti freeze container tube to the radiator was not reinstalled properly. Fixed in 30 minutes.First problem in over 10 years with the dealership. More
