Maybe 5 stars next time. Didn't check washer fluid but wrote on paper as done. Was completely empty when I tried to wash windows in parking lot before I left. Guess it was missed in the 23 point inspection. They filled upon my telling them. Left me wondering what else wasn’t really done? Over 2 hour wait. Hope for better next time. Went to church with Palmer’s so when I bought my jeep in North Carolina.. brought to their dealership. I didn’t know that they just use water in the washer system! Just want good service. More

The service advisor did a great job, the Technician was terrible, I don't think he ever worked on a Dodge Charger, the Technician damage the inside console, the ordered a new, than he couldn't replace with terrible, I don't think he ever worked on a Dodge Charger, the Technician damage the inside console, the ordered a new, than he couldn't replace with all the parts, I had to mention some parts were missing, so after more than a week for something very simple to get fix turn into a nightmare. It is difficult to trust a dealership that don't have a qualified Technician, how can I trust a Technician that don't do the job the right way. The Service Advisor did call me and explained what happened, so she did a great job keeping me informed about my car. It's a shame. I really thought Palmer Dodge would have a Qualified Technician that knows Dodge inside and out. I'm disappointed. But because you guys got the car fix the way it should I gave 3 stars and not one. I would recommend, but not for me. Thank you! First impression is everything. Your Technician is showing that he doesn't care about someone's property (car) , he needs a better training. More
